First BIA Project: BIA Thangka Institute was inaugurated at Chabahil, Kathmandu.      Considering the poor condition of disabled people in Nepal, Chogyal Rinpoche visited many disabled homes and hospitals in Kathmandu and did a research about them. Realizing the miserable
